Inquiry about ____ ____についての問い合わせ Question about ____ ____についての質問 Request for Information 情報提供依頼 Request for product details 商品についての詳細情報提供依頼 Request for quotation 見積もりのお願い Farewell greetings 退職の挨拶 Arrangement a Meeting on __ __についての会議調整 敬辞(Salutation) 相手と親しくなれば、ビジネスでも、Dear Johnとファーストネームで書くこともありますが、通常は、Dear Mr. Smithのように、相手の姓だけを用います。 会社宛の場合は、Dear Sirs(英式)や、Gentlemen(米式)を用いる。 Dear Members of the Boardや、Dear Sir/Madam、Dear Ladies and Gentlemen が使用されることも多い。 (1)Personal:Regards,/Best regards,/Best wishes,/As always, (2)Less formal:Sincerely,/Sincerely yours, (3)Formal:Respectfully,/Respectfully yours,/Yours truly, 社内文書の場合は、Thank you in advanceやKind regradsのようなinformalな表現で終わっても問題ないと思います。
